SHIPPING

-Domestic Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for each hat. This includes a fully insured package with a direct signature required at time of delivery to ensure your hat arrives safely.

READY TO WEAR HATS

-Non personalized (i.e Initials ) Ready to Wear Hats may be exchanged within  7 days for a store credit or size exchange, provided the following conditions are met. Please fill out contact form and be sure to include your order no. 

-Store credit is issued as a gift card for the original amount of purchase (excluding original shipping costs)

-Hats must be in unused, resellable condition and must be returned in undamaged original packaging

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. You may only exchange an UNUSED, READY TO WEAR hat;
2. You may only exchange a hat that Kai Lassen, LLC deems eligible for exchange based on the circumstances;
3. You may only submit one exchange request per product.
