RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CUSTOM ORDERS
– All custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
CAPS & TRUCKER HATS
– All hats are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
READY-TO-WEAR HATS
– Non-personalized ready-to-wear hats (i.e., hats without initials or customizations) may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for store credit or size exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Please fill out the contact form and include your order number.

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Hats must be returned unused, in resellable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
– Exchanges are only accepted for unused, ready-to-wear hats.
– Only one exchange request is allowed per product.
– All exchanges are subject to approval by Kai Lassen based on the condition of the returned item.
SALE ITEMS
– All items marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.
